Campaigns

Campaigns allow you to simulate phishing scenarios to assess and train employees. Follow the steps below to create and launch a campaign.


Creating a Campaign

  1. Start a New Campaign:
    • Go to the Campaigns section.
    • Click the Create New Campaign button to open a popup.
    • Select the campaign type. Currently, we support the following types:
      • Email Phishing
      • Voice Phishing
      • Deepfake

Email Phishing Campaign

Step 1: Select an Email Template

  • A random email template is selected for you by default.
  • To choose a different template:
    • Click the Choose from Library button.
    • Alternatively, create your own template using the drag-and-drop editor. Refer to the Templates Page for guidance.
  • Important: When creating your own template, ensure you use the following dynamic placeholders to personalize your email:

    | Placeholder | Description | | ------------------------------------------ | ------------------------------------------- | | {{.FirstName}} | First name of the targeted user. | | {{.LastName}} | Last name of the targeted user. | | {{.Designation}} | Designation of the targeted user. | | {{.Email}} | Email address of the targeted user. | | {{.From}} | Sender's name or email address. | | {{.PhishingDomain}} | Domain used for the phishing campaign. | | {{.PhishingURL}} | Phishing URL used in the phishing campaign. |

  • After selecting the template, click the Next button.


Step 2: Campaign Configuration

  • Fill in the following details:

    • Campaign Name: A unique name for your campaign.
    • Description (Optional): Provide a description for reference.
    • Sender Email Address: Select or enter the sender's email address.
    • Recipients: Select the targeted employees using one of the following:
      • Target Groups
      • Individual Email Addresses
      • Team Names
    • Campaign Dates:
      • Default: Instant launch.
      • Scheduled:
        • One-Time Phishing: Select a specific date.
        • Smart Phishing: Select a start and end date.
    • Phishing URL: Enter the URL used for the campaign.
    • Landing Page: Choose the page employees land on after clicking the phishing link.
    • Phished Page: Select the page that captures employee credentials.
  • You can preview the landing and phishing pages by clicking the Eye Icon.

  • Once all details are filled in, click the Next button.

Step 3: Training Assignment

  • Decide whether to assign a training course:
    • Skip Course: Select Yes to skip.
    • Assign Course: Select No to assign a course, and fill in the following:
      • Assignment Title: Provide a title for the training.
      • Select Course: Click the Select button to choose a course.
      • Enable MCQ Assessment: Choose Yes or No.
  • Click the Next button to proceed.

Step 4: Launch Campaign

  • Review the campaign details:
    • Sender Information
    • Email Template
    • Landing Page
    • Phished Page
    • Target Groups
  • Optional: Send a test email by clicking Send Test Email.
  • When ready, click Launch Campaign.

  • Ensure all details are accurate before launching a campaign.
